About Megan's Team

Amazing human Dr. Allyson Ocean taught me the word bashert, a Yiddish word that means "destiny" or "fate." 

When I think about the reasons I am running the half marathon this March and the full NYC marathon in November, it truly is bashert. 

My family was impacted by another form of cancer and when I see the comprehensive approach that Let's Win is taking to get reliable resources to patients, I knew that Let's Win was the exact right organization to support. 

There is such a strong connection between being surrounded by wonderful supportive people and our overall health and wellness. I can't think of a more meaningful way to honor that connection than by running through the streets of NYC supporting Let's Win's important work. I am honored to have the opportunity to run with the Let's Win half marathon team and to support the organization's cutting-edge and ever necessary work.
